1. Pallor, jaundice, petechiae, ecchymoses.
2. Lymphadenopathy.
3. Hepatomegaly, splenomegaly.
4. Tachycardia, heart murmur, cardiomegaly, left-sided hypertrophy.
5. Occult blood in the stool.
6. Hematuria.
